A man was arrested today after ambulance staff went to the aid of woman who had suffered a heart attack.
The man was detained by police after an ambulance crew was called to a domestic address in East Street, Leicester city centre, at 9.47am.
A police spokesman said: "A man was arrested for breach of the peace at the scene.
"We were called out by the ambulance crew to assist at the scene."
It is believed the woman was taken to hospital.
