A 49-year-man has been charged with fraud and blackmail.
The charges relate to an ongoing investigation in connection with a healing and astrology service offered to assist with various issues including business success, marital matching, poor health and relationship issues, said Leicestershire Police.
The man is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court today.
A 24-year-old woman arrested in connection with the investigation has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
