Plea after pet puppy is stolen
A family's much-loved pet puppy has been stolen from their home.
Three-month-old British bulldog Lucy was stolen from her owner's home in Winforde Crescent, Braunstone, Leicester, between 1pm and 2.15pm on Friday, November 22.
Detective Constable Peter Bown said: "The family are extremely upset at the loss of their puppy.
"Even though Lucy is only three months old, she has quickly become an integral part of the family and is much loved and missed.
"We are appealing for anyone who may have seen anything suspicious or who has been offered a puppy fitting Lucy's description to contact us."
Lucy is light-tan coloured and has a white chest and mainly white face.
