Police arrested a man after he climbed onto the balcony at Leicester Town Hall tonight.
The police were called at 6.47pm as the man, who was believed to be making some kind of protest, shouted from the balcony in Town Hall Square.
The man was arrested after he came down from the balcony.
He was taken away for questioning.
