Argentine prop Marcos Ayerza returns to the starting line-up as part of a huge pack that Leicester Tigers will send to Gloucester tomorrow night in the Aviva Premiership.
The 30-year-old joins Tom Youngs and Dan Cole in what is the club's first-choice front-row, with Graham Kitchener and Louis Deacon forming a massive second row.
Thomas Waldrom also returns to the starting line-up with Julian Salvi and Jamie Gibson in the back-row.
In the backs, winger Adam Thompstone is drafted into the outside-centre berth with Manu Tuilagi, Niki Goneva, Ant Allen and Mat Tait all out injured.
Niall Morris also misses the game through injury, which gives Blaine Scully the chance to return to the starting line-up after time away playing for the USA.
The in-form Scott Hamilton is retained at full-back, while teenage battering ram Javiah Pohe earns a place on the bench.
The home side have won just one of their last six games with Leicester and sit in 10th place in the Premiership table.
