A rush-hour crash caused long delays for motorists today.
Three cars were involved in the collision on the westbound A46 near to the A6 junction.
The collision happened at 7.50am and caused tailbacks as far as the Hobby Horse Roundabout to the east.
Police said no one was injured in the incident.
