Police have charged a 17-year-old boy with an alleged vandalism attack at an Islamic centre.
The charges relate to graffiti which was discovered sprayed or written on a bin at Oadby Islamic Centre.
The graffiti was discovered at the Sandhurst Street centre on Monday, June 10.
A Leicestershire Police spokesman said a 17-year-old youth has been charged with two counts of racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage.
The boy is due to appear at Leicester Youth Court Wednesday, July 3.
