Firefighters are tackling a blaze that started in a disused property and spread to two other houses.
The fire broke out at the empty building in Beryl Avenue, Hinckley, at around 6.15am and spread to two neighbouring semi-detached homes.
Four fire crews are at the scene with one of the properties described as being well alight.
Everybody from the properties has been accounted for.
Two crews from Hinckley fire station were backed up by additional crews from Leicester's southern fire station and Nuneaton fire station.
Six firefighters in breathing equipment were involved in fighting the blaze.
