Police searching for a thief who stole an elderly woman's bank card to take cash from her account have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace.
The woman's card was stolen from her while she was shopping at Tesco, in Resolution Road, Ashby.
The thief used the card at a bank machine at Tesco and then at one the Morrisons in Whitwick Road, Coalville half an hour later.
The theft happened at 1.40pm on Wednesday, February 27. Police today released image of a man they wanted to trace.
Pc Paul Hicks said: "Please take a moment to look at this image and see if you recognise the person in it.
"They could have information which will help with our inquiry.
"The incident left the elderly victim shaken and upset. If you have any information please get in touch."
