Three fire crews responded to reports of a fire at a bungalow in Radford Drive, Braunstone, Leicester, last night.
Firefighters from Leicester's southern, western and central fire stations attended the scene just after 6.30pm.
The fire, in an oven, which was out on arrival, was started accidentally. It caused slight heat damage to the oven and slight smoke damage to the kitchen.
