Firefighters were called out to tackle a blaze at a disused factory yesterday.
The incident happened at a building on the Whittle Industrial Estate, in Cambridge Road, Whetstone, at about 6.20pm.
A spokesman for Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service said the fire had been started deliberately.
No-one was hurt in the blaze, which caused slight damage to the building.
